Assessment
Newgate 180 provides an initial screening that can be conducted over the telephone or a comprehensive assessment at our treatment locations. This confidential service allows you to discuss your concerns for either yourself or a loved one with a professional counsellor in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. During this assessment, the counsellor will take into account the nature and severity of your circumstances. We will then be able to advise you or assist in determining the best course of action. The purpose of this assessment is to gain an understanding of your specific situation with respect to your addiction history, physical and mental health and determining tailoring of the program to your particular needs. As part of the process we will ask for your consent to speak with a family member, physician or therapist for additional information. Admission can often take place immediately following the assessment.

Intervention
Addiction is a progressive disease, which if left untreated will lead to premature death. However, once in recovery you or your loved one can look forward to a brighter and more rewarding future. Some individuals may be unwilling to admit that their disease has taken over their life or the pain and suffering it has caused those around them. Perhaps they are resisting treatment at all costs. If this is your experience, you may want to consider a professional intervention. Newgate 180 is committed to helping all clients on the road to recovery. Funding
In addition to clients funding their treatment from their own resources, Newgate 180’s addiction treatment services are covered by some insurance plans. We will work closely with you to address your financial circumstances and treatment benefits. We can assist you in developing the best drug rehabilitation and alcoholism treatment plan possible for you or your loved one.

Fee for Service
The fees for our services vary. Full payment is required upon admission. Newgate 180 accepts payments by one of the following means: wire transfer, cheque, or credit card.
